Warranty:

Most appliance parts come with a one year warranty plan direct from the manufacturer (with exceptions such as filters, oils, adhesives, etc.). Some other products such as air conditioners, garbage disposals, and tools may come with 2-5 year or even a lifetime warranty.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied in any way, you can return any part within 30 days from invoice date for a full refund. You can still return parts that are not electrical, gas, or special order after 30 and up to 90 days, but a 20% restocking charge will be applied. Sorry, no parts returns will be accepted after 90 days. Contact me with the order number, part number(s), and reason for return here.
